In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.

Fold in the chopped pecans and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows evenly over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and golden.
