  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Fold in the fresh mint leaves and dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
