Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well.

Fold in the fresh mint leaves and dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small saucepan, heat coconut cream and maple syrup over low heat until well combined.

Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
