  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. Place the pie crust circles into the muffin tin and press them down gently.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each pie crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the chocolate in each pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each pie.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the pie crust is golden brown.
