  2. Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and chop it into bite-sized pieces.

  5. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add the chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
  7. Divide the mixture evenly among four ramekins or oven-safe bowls.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into four circles slightly larger than the ramekins.
  9. Place a puff pastry circle on top of each ramekin, pressing the edges to seal.
  10. Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg.
