  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles to fit your mini pie tins.
  3. Place the pie crust circles into the tins and press them down gently.

  5. Spoon the nectarine mixture into the pie crusts.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
