  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
