In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared mini loaf pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
