Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Green onions, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the milk until a soft dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese and green onions evenly over the dough.
  8. Starting from one long side, roll up the dough tightly.
  9. Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal slices.
  10. Place the slices onto a greased baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Allow the buns to cool for a few minutes before serving.
