  2. In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the onion, carrots, and peas until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.
  5. Gradually stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
