Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the onion, carrots, and peas until the vegetables are tender.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir to coat.

Gradually stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.

Return the beef to the skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Divide the beef mixture into individual oven-safe dishes.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles slightly larger than the dishes.

Place the puff pastry circles on top of the beef mixture, pressing the edges to seal.

Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg.
