Ingredients
  • 2 piece Ripe bananas
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the melted butter, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
