Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin pan with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
