  5. Cover the pies with another circle of pie crust, crimping the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Allow the pies to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
