  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut out circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and flour.
  4. Spoon the apple mixture into the pie crust circles.
  5. Dot each mini pie with butter.
  6. Cover the pies with another circle of pie crust and seal the edges.
  7. Cut a small slit in the top of each pie to allow steam to escape.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  9. Allow the pies to cool slightly before serving.
