  2. Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until butter melts. Let it cool.
  3. Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.
  6. Shape each portion into a round bun and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  9. Brush the buns with whipping cream and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
