Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

Arrange the sliced bananas in an even layer over the cooled crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas in the pie crust. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.

Repeat with another layer of bananas, cream cheese mixture, and chocolate chips.

Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
