  • 8 ounce Fresh crab meat
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4 piece Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Gently mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
