Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Add tomato sauce to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add cooked spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Grease a pie dish and transfer the spaghetti mixture into it. Press it down firmly.
  6. Pour the tomato sauce over the spaghetti mixture.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Allow the spaghetti pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
