  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves.
  4. Blanche the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove and drain.
  5. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cooked rice, beaten egg, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  6. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto a cabbage leaf and roll it up, tucking in the sides.
  7. Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and meat mixture.
  8. Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  11. Let the cabbage rolls rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve with sour cream on top.
