  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a greased pie dish. Pour the meat mixture into the crust.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the meat mixture.
  7. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the cheese. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust.
