  3. Stir in the diced potatoes, broth, cinnamon, cloves, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Line a pie dish with one pie crust.
  6. Pour the meat mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
