  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, sauté the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and peas until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Return the ground beef to the skillet and stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, butter, water, salt, and black pepper to make the crust.
  6. Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it. Pour the meat mixture into the pie crust.
  7. Cover the pie with another pie crust or create a lattice pattern with strips of pie crust.
  8. Beat the egg and brush it over the top of the pie crust.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to rest for 15 minutes before serving.
