Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Crab meat
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg.
  2. Gently fold in the panko breadcrumbs until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. In a separate bowl, toss the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve the crab cakes on top of the salad.
