Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Frozen spinach
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 9-inch Pie crust
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add frozen spinach to the skillet and cook until thawed and excess moisture has evaporated.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir in the cooked spinach mixture and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  7. Pour the spinach mixture into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
