  • 1 cup Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup Light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pecans and chocolate.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  5. Pour the pecan and chocolate mixture into the pie crust.
