  • 0.5 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 6 slices Pound cake
  • 2 cup Mixed berries
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Marsala wine, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it chill for 2 hours.
  3. Once chilled, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and beat it again until it becomes light and fluffy.
  4. In serving glasses, layer slices of pound cake and spoonfuls of the marsala and mascarpone mousse.
  5. Top with mixed berries.
