Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 2 package Cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon Tequila
  • 2 tablespoon Triple sec
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add lime juice, tequila, and triple sec. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with lime zest.
