  • 1.5 cup Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Divide the batter in half. Stir the cocoa powder into one half of the batter.
  7. Spoon alternating dollops of the vanilla and chocolate batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Use a knife to gently swirl the batters together, creating a marble effect.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
