Ingredients
  • 2.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Hot water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the cocoa powder and hot water until smooth.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Spoon the cocoa mixture over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining batter over the cocoa mixture.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
