  2. In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, salt, and evaporated milk until well combined. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
  7. Cut into bars and serve with whipped cream.
