  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mango puree and grated carrots.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Top with the mango-carrot mixture. Spoon the remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled bars.
