  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the mangoes until smooth.
  4. Add the butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the mashed mangoes and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the mango mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool for 30 minutes before removing it from the pan.
  8. Once cooled, top the cake with whipped cream and mango slices.
