Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 4 cup Mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in the frozen peas and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the beef mixture.
  9. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
