  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the mamon cool in the molds or muffin tin for 10 minutes.
  10. Carefully remove the mamon from the molds or muffin tin and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
