In a large bowl, combine malted milk powder and vanilla ice cream. Mix well.

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies and mix them with melted butter in a separate bowl.

Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

Pour the ice cream mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.

Place the pan in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours.

In a saucepan, combine blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the berries release their juices and the mixture thickens slightly.

Remove the cake from the freezer and top it with the blackberry sauce.

Return the cake to the freezer and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
