  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
