  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, cornstarch, water, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir well to coat the blueberries with the mixture.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the blueberry mixture into it.
  5. Cover the pie with another layer of pie crust and crimp the edges to seal.
  6. Cut a few slits on the top crust to allow steam to escape.
