Ingredients
  • 250 gram Macaroni
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until mixture thickens.
  4. Add salt, black pepper, and grated cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, mixed vegetables, and cheese sauce.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
