  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 2 package Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 package Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2.5 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Whipped topping
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
