Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in lemon juice and flour. Fold in sour cream.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Remove the sides of the springform pan.
  8. Let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
