Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce, coconut oil, agave syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
