Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Skim milk
  • 0.5 cup Hot water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, alternating with the skim milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Stir in the hot water until the batter is smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan or cupcake liners.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes for cupcakes or 30-35 minutes for a cake, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
