  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Boiling water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together yogurt, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just blended.
  5. Stir in boiling water until the batter is smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
