Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice, eggs, sugar, low-fat yogurt, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
