Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 500 gram Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender. Mash it with butter, salt, and black pepper to make cauliflower mash.
  3. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Add onion, carrots, peas, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the cauliflower mash evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
