Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Spinach
  • 1.5 cup Muenster cheese
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, Muenster cheese, eggs, heavy cream, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Grease a pie dish and pour the mixture into it.
  5. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve.
