In a large bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add the applesauce and almond milk to the egg mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
