Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Pie crust
  • 2 cup Fresh mixed berries
  • 2 cup Fresh peaches
  • 1 cup Fresh kiwi
  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the fresh mixed berries, peaches, kiwi, pineapple, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with whipped cream on top.
