Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Gently fold in the blueberries.

Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.

In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the muffin batter. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the cream cheese into the batter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
