Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ham
  • 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cup Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 1 unit Egg, beaten
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ham, potatoes, and frozen mixed vegetables to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are thawed.
  4. Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir well to coat everything evenly.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it over the filling, trimming any excess pastry.
  9. Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden crust.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
