Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Crab meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi paste
  • 1/4 cup Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the crab cakes until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and wasabi paste to make the wasabi mayonnaise.
  6. Serve the crab cakes with the wasabi mayonnaise on the side.
